Except for the enthusiasm of a couple of people, there is absolutely nothing about this company to like.

Bione is not a company you can trust. Doesn't pay salary on time, holds salary for multiple employees at a time, and doesn't even clear the full and final payments months after employees have resigned. Joining the company has been my biggest regret. I will advice anyone reading the comment to think hard before making this decision. Overall poor company culture with ever changing strategies.

This company really sucks. No job security, terrible staffs, worst HR, worst company I have ever seen, if u leave the company if there is an emergency after getting the salary, they will ask you to return the salary can anyone believe? yes this only happens in Bione. Third class company the cheapest people are there.

Hiring and firing. Without proper understanding, things are done in haste by the management. They at times look superficially and incur loss to the hardwork done by employees. Many people have been fired without explanations and reasons. False blame, unprofessional in certain things, taking things personally rather than professionally are few of the things where improvisation needs to done.
