(You have to give a detailed explanation why you need phone) They treat Promotions / Appraisals like nothing. Only work with keeping no expectations Very Micro Management. You are constantly monitored by cameras throughout the day. They also listen to every communication you have with your co-workers. Asking for leave is asking for their Kidneys
