Everything is worst here. Payments are delayed and takes time, no response from accounts team and need to call multiple times. worst thing is regional has no knowledge about the clients and price, is not at all suitable to the role but still feels like boss. Doesn't support his fellow colleagues and only thing he knew is shouting . Vendor Payments are worse and will not happen, just want to say stay away from companies like this. Work culture is worse and whole upper Management doesn't care if one employee is doing good they keep on supporting him, if they can focus on under performing employee it will be helpful.
