1. Comparatively slow development speed compared to other product based companies. However this just adds to the benefits as we are allowed to develop properly by doing proper research.

Healthcare Domain , Hence recession proof , compensation according to market standards, learning curve is good .

--Management adamant on policies --Wrong hiring most of the time --Tough to find good practices and procedures being implemented in SDLC--Leave policy for 1st year --Improper planning and suggestions and advices from junior team members always ignored. Work Culture/ Work life balance depends on the project.

At the beginning it was good company to work with lot of learning.

Most of the decision taken at management level there is no inclusiveness, no vision, you would be in fear constantly about layoffs and what’s coming next
