Most of the decisions are happening during dispersal time. This creates lot of chaos within the team. It's being difficult to convince the team everytime.

Biocon Biologics not supported during COVID-19 for the employees. No increment for 2 years no Bonus for 2 year's. No compensation during COVID-19 lockdown working. WFH to very limited people's. Most of employees planning to move out from organization.

I want to do for experience , developing the skills, maintaining dignity, hard working, following company instructions, what we are doing the work carefully, responsibility in work ,within time submit our work perfectly if not ask our seniors

This job not for salary purpose we are doing for experience about carrier ,miss behaving, wasting of time with coleg, unfollowing instructions, indisiplane, ragging, rude behaving ,polite

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are good supportive . It's is a good company and company policies are very good, appraisals r fair and they gave very good salary and bonus every year. It's a very good experience of learning of new things and it is a great opportunity for working in that company....
