I am not happy with working binzagr. Company superior officer's not support to any one, and push to illegal sales and marketing. They are force to sale wholesale every month.

Dislikes

Company force to sale at wholesale at every month. Wholesale price is different from my company price, i have average loss 35% from this amount. My last month of working supervisor push to me to deliver wholesale, another day company terminated me as low performance, suddenly removed my van stock and given to me notice under 10 clear all company liabilities after 10 days i don't have salary also. I am allready put wholesale that amount i have loss 20000 INR. Now i am coming back home at june 2018 one of my college till not come back home

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
