Monotonous work, no management whatsoever. Only good thing about the company Is salary get credited on time.

The company policy is good for nothing for employees. They used to have 45 days notice period, and now they have 90 days. Forget about career growth, you won't even get job related trainings. You'll get negligible appraisals even after your manager promises you'll get higher percentage. Rigidity with night shifts. And the HR are useless they won't even listen to you even after you mail them 10-15 times. Food they provide is worst in taste. Shift starts from 8 pm but there's no definitive logout time, but on papers it's 5 am.

There is no politics, that I like the most. None that I can think of but scope of improvement is always there.

Seniors are co-operative and friendly. Higher management is respectful towards employees. Good work-life balance. They won't force you to work extra hours or on weekends unless anything urgent comes up.

Should work on process optimization. HR department should take efforts to plan some engagement activities or sports events.

On a day to day basis, You face a unreasonable workload but you have 7 to 8 year experience and have skills you can manage it. Facilities is need to improve in Cafeteria.
