New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Everything.... Work culture, diwali celebration. Organisations listen every person concern and then takes the step for making the company best. And YES this is employee centric company. Dhingra sir is one of the best Director.

Only 1 person that is Latika halder. All together the company is very good but there is 1 person among 200 employees to which every employees of Binary Global is frustrated. As she does nothing in the company and has so much of attitude and doesn't know how to talk to the employees and to the candidates. She thinks herself a manager wherein she doesn't know T of technical. Because of politics and showoff her work which is done by her team members she thinks herself as manager. However her designation is just Senior. Don't know how she is surviving in this company she should be thankful to the Director /CEO of the company that they are paying her without being productive at all and not firing from the job.
