... working in Binary Fountain we get good learning. Company polices are good only. There is no variable pay. Even for testing they are paying very good and as per the standard of product based company.

Some of the teams are too fast paced, too much of stress and no Work life balance

I am very glad to be a part of this Binary fountain company. Our Manager, Team leads ,Mentors and everyone in the team invests heavily in the careers and respect every individuals opinion. So there was always a friendly environment . Wishing all the success ahead. Thankyou each and everyone.

Your job is secure but the work culture is a bit different from the usual corporate culture. Some senior officials do have an unnecessary air of authority to them. Company policies are okay if you are in a comparatively good position there. But if not, it'll all be down.

I didn't like the work culture there which was against the usual corporate culture.
