Nothing good about BCG in last 2years. Salary package were terrible like 450AED for labours 650AED for steel fixers and others and 750 for Chargehand also 950 for Assistant forman +site allowens + food. Only thing I like about BCG is salary will be credited on time. Bathrooms were cleaned every 2 or 3 days once and there is no sperate rooms for staffs. Labors,cleaners, drivers and foremans are in a same room this may lets staff friendly mind with all of them in room and also in site and working area us this good..... And many more issues here. Campboss changed recently so we hope camp issue were solve soon.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
