Worst Leadership Ever
The Director of Engineering is an absolute disaster. They have zero knowledge of tech or product and spend most of their time blackmailing the team over KRAs and holding personal grudges. This person lacks basic maturity, constantly engages in gossip, and calls pointless meetings that waste everyone’s time.
Collaboration is impossible because they refuse to work with other departments and dump unrelated tasks on the product team. Suggestions? Don’t bother. They ignore everything and micromanage every little thing, right down to deciding who’s allowed in email threads. If things don’t go their way, they throw a tantrum.
Even after raising these issues with HR and management, nothing happens. Instead, they cover for this person and let their toxic behavior slide. It’s dragging the entire company down, and we’re not achieving anything remotely innovative in tech. He is also so useless that he tries to brainwash team mates against few team members he does not have a rapport with. (Just like a 3rd standard school kid)
If you want a workplace where incompetence, drama, and micromanagement thrive, this is it. The phrase “empty vessels make the most noise” couldn’t describe this person better.
toxic work culture
Manager will call you at 2 AM , No professional boundaries
Unnecessarily Manager will stop you when you would be leaving the office after completing your working hours if you are not yes sir person
Senior management just chill here and delegate everything to the team and steal the credits for the good things ,too much toxicity
If you are reading this just run , don't even think to join
