Job security is excellent. In fact in this pandemic there was no salary cut and the salary was credited with no delay. The culture is good. The coworkers are helpful that's it.

Appraisal is very low and needs much more compensation. Salary structure needs to be improved.

It is a place were you cannot grow further in career. They give low salary and ask us to work for over time. Higher authorities don't treat their subordinates well. They don't appreciate your work even you come excellence in it.

...gned with the experience level. - All managers tend to practice micromanagement. - Internal salary hikes are minimal; it is advisable not to set high expectations. - Project deliveries are often delayed, and the higher management does not seem to address the issue. - There is a lack of proper planning in the execution of projects or tasks. - There is no proper documentation or structured knowledge transfer sessions.

Job Security and Work life balance is the decent thing in this organisation.

Dislikes

The management is extremely poor, especially in the North East region. The Zonal Head, Tapan Lenka, has proven to be untrustworthy, and the managers under his supervision are also performing poorly.
