On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.

Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.

Some of top management person were very good by nature and also supportive in your professional life. It's too good for learning and start your career in eCommerce.

Apart from lowest package and slow salary increment there is nothing for complaint.

There are alot of salary issues and incentives. Managers say about more incentives but very less comes in bank account. Too much of dominating manipulating environment at work.

Salary issues, fake promises and people bullets at work.
