There is only one good thing about this company is flexibility. You can work according to your convenience and flexibility.

Dislikes

The worst company I have ever worked with. Poor management, poor job security. No salary growth, no future growth at all, work environment is ok though. But it is not at all employee centric. I had worst experience till now. There is no work-life balance, sometimes they do harassment too.

Likes

It was great working with a different set of talented people in the company. One could learn how to deal with the client and the management. Employees get a higher work position/role to work.

Dislikes

Adding Pros to my list is difficult except the one that the salary offered to the employees is high (depending on the process). Eventually, this might cause one to lose other skills that they have inculcated since the beginning of their career. Hope they could give compensated time to learn and build a new skill. One can not expect any good deeds until and unless the employee gives his heart and soul to the work. I had seen three lay-offs in my process still managed to survive 2 of them. Of course, they say it is an employee-centric company which seems so untrue as mostly the policies depend on the client's need.

On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.

Job security, salary on time, during covid crisis MK has provided complete salary along with job security.

Dislikes

If someone wants to work in this organisation can work for 2-3 years, can learn things, can get 1-2 appraisal but should not stay for longer time due to having bad culture of not doing appraisal every year.
