Office environment is little bit good

Dislikes

On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.
