On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.

There are alot of salary issues and incentives. Managers say about more incentives but very less comes in bank account. Too much of dominating manipulating environment at work.

I really like the way MK management works. There core values "BE BOLD, BE TRANSPARENT & BE MORE". As per law, POSH at work is mandatory but very few abide by it.
