Job security is excellent in bilfinger even at the time of pandemic.Bilfinger offers the full salary in saudi arabia which was not done by other company.

...ust a eye wash.In last four year i got good appraisal score than other collegue.Eventhough i will not get enough salary

...inings are provided to the employees by the company. carrier growth is expected. Salary appraisal and bonus is given regularly to hardworking staff. It was having very good work environment.

The main concern was the job security as the company failed to get new projects.

HSE culture and top management commitment towards safety of employee.

HR department - This is for middle east especially in UAE. Bilfinger Tebodin HR department is very good and supportive to their employee.

Amazing Support actually they let me go. forcing me to resign.

Dislikes

lack of leadership, vision and no performance feedback then termination (even after delivering 2 successful projects to DMT and ADSC) then I figured out that the management assigning another employee "on paper" as a project manager, and this person did not involve at all in my projects.

Likes

My colleagues and work environment has been really great. They are an amazing bunch of people to work with (except my Manager). We all belong to different cultural backgrounds but they are of support.

Dislikes

The Company has not been very supportive during this pandemic. I have been put on unpaid leave for 3 months without taking my current situation into consideration. There have been a lot of office politics and nepotism in the organization.
