Favouritism - Some employees work from home full time, while others are not provided WFH even during medical emergencies Employee Benefits & Leave Policies - NIL *MOST INCAPABLE MANAGEMENT* - Employees have to do their own assigned work during weekdays and complete the manager's work, which is assigned to him, during the weekends and still get bashed for the Manager's incomplete work. Job Security- Anyone can be thrown out of the company at any time. Work Satisfaction - NIL Skill development - NIL, just data operator work assigned to qualified professionals & engineers

Local office with no amenities, worst management, HR is completely unprofessional, no managers, just bunch of people working with clientele whose expectations can't be met with such a small team, everyone is overburdened, no job security, HR will come and take away the belongings and will let you out of the company just like that.
