There are no projects, no clientele. People with 5 years of experience working as Research Analysts. HR here is a fraudster, she is the main reason this company has lost brightest employees. She will hire you on such a low profile inspite your experience and knowledge. Sometimes we all employees discuss if we are working for a shell company or something. Some senior professionals are ethical and wise. They are wasting their time here. No employee benefits, no leaves, just some 5-6 people working with no aim to grow, yes, this company has no aim or vision to grow. Please reconsider while joining or applying.

Favouritism - Some employees work from home full time, while others are not provided WFH even during medical emergencies Employee Benefits & Leave Policies - NIL *MOST INCAPABLE MANAGEMENT* - Employees have to do their own assigned work during weekdays and complete the manager's work, which is assigned to him, during the weekends and still get bashed for the Manager's incomplete work. Job Security- Anyone can be thrown out of the company at any time. Work Satisfaction - NIL Skill development - NIL, just data operator work assigned to qualified professionals & engineers
