Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Initially gave a salary hike as expected but after sometime deducted without a reason. Unethical business approach and not an employee friendly company.

No transparency, unethical business practices, impose unprofessional business practices. No policies are in place. No license to work. Will not recommend anyone to join.
