It was my first job and bike bazaar policy towards their employees authentic they keeps in touch with employees to see if employees are okay with work and they help to upgrade employees when they need it was great experience to work in Bike bazaar

It is still on the track of Growth because it's startup company and it needs to work on their office furniture so that It could seems to be elegant work place.

The genius team spirit helped me to develop my career, work collaboratively,, ask for help on projects. My manager supports me, listen my ideas and make me feel valued enough.

As this is start up, manual work is more.

There is no option of promotion if you are SA than whenever you are in company always a SA and only work and work ,no any growth,not incentive credit on time .

Incentive not credited on time, promotion is not there.That is not matter how you work there.

Did not like anything,their is no process , They will change as per their wish

I have resigned 2020 but till now they did not done any closure for my PF account, have contact many times but no response from the management.I am also not bothered now
