Work environment is very gud. Transportation connectivity is great. Huge cafetaria which provides free meal. Teammates are very supportive.

Dislikes

..., Sales figures and profits increases 2-3 times as compared to normal period. But still there is cut in salary.. Too much politics in the top management. Company policies are not good. Salary hike and bonus are reducing in every coming year. They do not meant that employees are thier assets. Totaly men oriented company, female employees are less than 0.5%.

Almost 77% staff at home LWP Company not provide salary from april to till date and there is no hope for future also

Before lockdown all is well because sale was very good when sale not coming due to covid-19 pandemic company decided 77% staff will stay at home with LWP. There is no support from company side in this critical condition

Brand image and product quality is good. There is lot of potential to grow overall work culture is good, salary and other benefits ate on time. A nice company to work.

Lots of politics on senior lavel, appraisal and promotion are very late, no value of their employees

Lot of Politics in sales management of SO Level, ASM think that he is owner of company and his decision is last decision. Company management not involved lower level management even HR only for entertainment purpose.

Good work environment and culture. company policies are good, appraisals are fair. Management is a pleasure.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is bead but career growth is highly.
