New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. The worst working place. Simply I wouldn't suggest any one to join.

Dislikes

Boss behaviour is worst. After 2.5 years working at low salary range, Company owner has deduct my 60% salary just because they want to hold me for more 3 month.

Nothing here to like everything is bad

Everytime there is alot of work pressure and no leave can a person take and work life balance is 0 if you enter in this company you have to live for your company and die for your company and in return you get negative 0. And they will show you false hopes please don't fall with them everything is fake . After 2 years they can say that you are not valuable for our comay.
