Very bad Government Organization and this Organization all officers thinking is very negative for lower employees Eg: previous 2 years salary increment all hold all SWO/MPA (Data Entry Operator) employees without any legal reason or govt. Order this is a power miss use by organization officers

not job security, Administrative officer dominance over junior employees, and internal politics. No. equity bases increment, Just fixed to 4000 for every scale of the employee.

In my opinion the managerial job is the best job. All types of work performed at a real time. also I work nick time and pending work done by me same day and same time. But job is not secure because contract renewal by higher authority every year.
