Every day they will scold for just a small reason and their targets for picked call is more than 80 and dial call more than 140. With crop advisory designation their main moto for sales and their target is 15lakh er head that is very difficult to achieve. Their month end will start exactly on 15th their main moto to extend their morning batch timing to get more revenue They are not thinking about the health of their employees, with these many picked call they are just paying with the health of their employees, if you will achieve your picked call target 70 also they will not let their morning batch people to go, very bad behaviour with employees

The team is very collaborative. There is more discussion around a task and not just direct orders. We got to integrate a lot of new tools, which implies to a great deal of learning. Most importantly, the code base is clean and the maintenance is seamless and the deployment is hassle free. The company is filled with friendly folks. Had a great time.

Dislikes

Needs to improve on the quality of laptops provided to the employees (interns, particularly).

Team good. Seats and desk comfortable.

Management is very bad. Money cheating going on. Wrong information going externally. Not transparent. Company culture very terrible. No appreciation or motivation. All day meetings, no outcome. Finance senior most person is bad person. Talking and chatting bad with girls. Staff treated like call center.

The Mager of Bighaat JPNagar banglore branch is such a busted person he molested to the ladies employees by utilising his post and power he forcefully invited for dating to the ladies employees who ever rejected his offer he started turtured her.his behaviour is is worst and he don't even deserve that post also imiditaly dismissed him from Bighaat.
