...act them multiple times to get it one of the worst company i have worked so far. Only their people get variable pay not anyone else. Worst company, no work life balance, worst politics, worst culture. If you are from his city you are most welcomed if not you are just a trail piece.

Liar ,all the HR's are liars ,they give false salary commitment in the interview and give something else ,such a fraud company....they don't give offer letter as well..... they'll even lie with the roles and responsibilities...they would tell u that ur roles and responsibilities will be to take orders and serve , but in real you'll have to work in the kitchen as staff, you have to clean toilet as well...this is not a good company or job for an literate people ... And no job security,
