I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

Dislikes

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.

Bigbasket is a customer oriented company and satisfaction of customer is main agenda of bigbasket and bigbasket can you everything to satisfy the customer

Bigbasket is not good for carrier growth. I have joined as a Business Development Manager for T4 LOB in Bigbasket but after 11 month company and management has asked for the resignation due to cost cutting with only one month compensation. I have asked for the 2 months compensation but they denied. After that company has shift me in the new LOB that is BBNOW. In Bigbasket Job Security is Zero and Employee benefits are zero.

No one by one review conduct by internal and central team employee satisfaction zero not discussion with junior level management about his bad and good work. No policy about work timing and day to night shift .

Training is good but there is sky and land difference between what they train and what they expect in operations

Dislikes

There is a lot to improve in terms of manpower management and operations Hiring of associat is just in and out no one wants to work in such a low salary and huge pressure. Just a logo of TATA no management. Manpower turn over is very bad. And there is a lot to tell which I can't write on post all scam going behind the scene.

The Person only can survive, who will tolerate & Manage the ultimate Pressure & Politics those can join in Bigbasket. Finally the one who worked in BB, They can work wherever.
