Salary is average not good salary, & I don't like manual process work big basket is also working on all work are manual pattern. Parmottatio is nothing. I want to big basket improve his work process soon next some time so that work process in easy for company and employe

Salary on time , job security till ur performance good. For students it's best company to work shift are flexible. If good in process will get work from home.

*No ontime support, *No team play ,team leader only do partiality among agents like why to support other team . *High call flow for inbound not even a sec gets idel mrng and evng , afternoon Little ideal *No breaks for food shd ask before 1hour. * No appraisal *No rotational weekoff ,it's fixed 1 day and 6 days working and no more changes can be done.

After interview they told that you are selected and will be called for further negotiations of salary and then suddenly they rejected my application

They don't follow recruitment process in good manner and lack of communication is also there

There is no work life. During interview they said for girls shift time is morning now suddenly they change shift without information also salary is very low and appraisal is so so. Also now a days they pressure there employee to work after shift.
