...r of tickets and ask to maintain around 17 parameters such as aht, quality etc.. The salary is very less and we can rarely see hikes. Just like daily wage ppl they increase 500 to 1000rs per annum.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Team was very supportive, colleagues we're good, nice environment overall, but customers were irritative. Not bad not good

Salary is less, they were very strict about issueing day off's even though for emergency.

Salary on time , job security till ur performance good. For students it's best company to work shift are flexible. If good in process will get work from home.

*No ontime support, *No team play ,team leader only do partiality among agents like why to support other team . *High call flow for inbound not even a sec gets idel mrng and evng , afternoon Little ideal *No breaks for food shd ask before 1hour. * No appraisal *No rotational weekoff ,it's fixed 1 day and 6 days working and no more changes can be done.

There is no work life. During interview they said for girls shift time is morning now suddenly they change shift without information also salary is very low and appraisal is so so. Also now a days they pressure there employee to work after shift.
