I had a very disappointing experience working at BigTree. The company consistently failed to provide salaries on time, which caused a lot of stress and financial hardship for me and my colleagues. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue with HR and management, there was little to no response or resolution. The lack of professionalism and disregard for employees' well-being is unacceptable. I would not recommend BigTree to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive workplace.

MD of company is worst . He is reliable only on Sandeep sir. Management is so pathetic that they doesn't provide any job security to employees and does the unnecessary deduction of employees and without information ask employees to give resignation therwise holds the salary . Infact after 3 months of resignation doesn't provide the FNF . you have to do multiple mails still wont get the response.

Everything from management to seniors all are just pathetic and so unprofessional. The kind of pressure they are putting on employees are are just insane and not even paying good for the kind of pressure.. Just ignore this organisation if you want to make a good career.
