Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

From a decent company the Indian branch is witnessing severe downgradation across everything. From a company of repute has turned into a company of cheaters which wants to just make money no matter what. Zero ethics, zero work culture, absolute zero people with no team spirit or conscience.

Company is good but we Indians made it worst, we fight against each other, i understood one thing wile working in that company, how white people entered India and ruled us, its all due to our people who can be bought for little money and work like puppet, cutting own throtes, Training is excellent, Facilities are perfect, but sale figures are much important, as all company's needs. if not all bad will come to you ASM are very choosy, little professional help from them.

Dislikes

Our own people, very bad nature, they make job hard for others.
