I'm pleasure to work for Big C Mobiles. And I am proud to say I am a bigcian. Big C Mobiles always maintain a good product quality and good service to the people. Big C treats well. Importantly Big C provides good security for lady employees. Big C readily adopts new technologies. It also have Healthy environment. I also like employee rehire policy.

Sorry to say this I have little dissatisfaction about salary, hikes.and working days.

Salary structure because whenever i had worked in holidays i used to get extra payment for that. Also work environment was quit good.

Nothing like that but at that time when i was working for big c am unmarried. So my parents used to arrange matches for me at my native place srikakulam for journey it will take at least 12 hours. That is the only reason to ne for resigning.

...onse you get is "director sir is busy he will come and sign you offer letter". Salary increments depend on directors' mood. During appraisal timing "director sir" will be on a world tour. When you resign, they will plot against you and try as much as possible to stop your full and final settlement amount. Cunning people in specially accounts department will try everything possible to stop your last salary and dragging you to your limits. They will never give proper documents related to your employment. When people abscond seeing the work culture, they call and threaten with police complaints.

...dget Guru. You will get calls from Friends and relatives about Suggestions ONLY. 1st to 7th you will get salary. if its a A grade or B grade store you will get incentives. others wont expect. you can manage your financial life. annual meets will effective.

What ever it is you must be in store till 9:00 to 10:30. if you finish your Day Target and close store @ on time, you will screw on next days. Targets will screw your personal life. You have to sell useless

...urday, no sundays... జీతం తక్కువ. if not complete targets. 16,500 is salary. Never get incentives . I promptly saying that.. some Big stores only get incentives like 8k to 10k. Remaining other stores never get expected incentives. I told you till now about manager. Now sales executive part.. The Biggest slave is executive position. 10,000 or 12,000 is the salary. Must open store sutter early, close lately. Must sell all the accessories, insurance, TV, sound bar, demos, etc. Insurance is the Biggest SCAM. Must leave family on festival times, some times open till 12 am midnight if any new product launch. Salary is below 20k. There's no shifts. Even rainy, summer, winter.. must attend store. నీకు తెలిసిన వాళ్ళు ఈ mobile stores lo ఉంటే.. మానేయ్ అని చెప్పు.

...o festivals, no holidays, no family, no enjoyment, no time to others. Like jail. Just 16k salary for Store manager. 12,000 for executive. Must sell everything like mobile, accessories, films, Tv, sound bar, Insurance.. etc. Waste ra baabu. Join ayithey nee karma. Vallu kotlu sampaathistharu, neeku rogaalu vacchela chestharu. Afternoon 1 pm to 2 pm thinalev. Appudappudu 5 pm ki thinnam ra. ఇది ఒక waste field. ఈ కంపెనీ ఒకటే కాదు. ఈ BigC, Lot, Sangeetha, Celekt, Happi, BNew, దొంగలు. మనతో వెట్టి చాకిరీ చేయించి month end లో target finish kaaley. So, only salary మాత్రమే అంటారు. నీ బుర్రకి అర్దం అయ్యేలా ఒక example cheppaala? Oppo వాళ్ళ pramoters కి 12,000 to 15,000 ఇచ్చేది. ఇక్కడి వరకు clear. Pramoters వాళ్ళ వాళ్ళ Chinese company phones అమ్మినందు కు ... ఒక 20,000 above phone ki 500 నుంచి 800 వరకు incentives ఇచ్చేది. సో, అప్పుడు pramoters బాగా కష్టపడి, sales చేసి నెలకు 50,000 నుంచి 78,000 వరకు సంపాదించే వారు. రిటైల్ managers just 20,000 only including incentives. అప్పుడు రిటైల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ Chinese company వాళ్ళను పిలిచి... అంత సాలరీస్ అండ్ అంత incentives ఎందుకు ఇస్తున్నారు. వాళ్లకు అది చాలా ఎక్కువ. వాళ్లు just per phone 50 rs ఇస్తే చాలు గాడిదలు లా పని చేస్తారు. మీకు చాలా money మిగులుతుంది అని mind wash చేశారు. ఇంకా మన ఇండియన్ చెంచా గాల్లు కూడ... వాళ్లని convince చేశారు." అది మన రిటైల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ modern trade mind. అన్ని నిజాలే చెప్తున్న. దయచేసి జాయిన్ avvaddu.
