...ill, still he always tend to give his non-sense ideas and tricks to employees. Don't expect for salary increment. Don't expect you can get leaves or holidays. You have to be beggar to get leave and increment or anything. No any manager or team-leader so you always face owner who doesn't have any sense to how to talk to employees. 20 to 22 Employees has already left this company without got his/her last month salary. Don' t ask for experience certificate and latter. He can fire you anytime.
