I did not like anything, it is the worst company to work. You are not even sure if you'll be paid by that end month. Was a bad experience. HODS are paid high salaries where as the junior staff is being treated like helpless people. I will never want to work for them. Was a bad experience indeed

Dislikes

Company is run by a young lad, he is not up to his word. Lied and took me round in circles. I will never recommend someone to work here.

BIDCO Africa is one of the few companies in AFRICA, that operates within a fully professionally managed environment. They are dedicated to promoting clean and transparent business practices. The Founders and Directors of the company regardless of their positions and years of experiences are accessible to all. Work- Life balance is meticulously maintained. If you have skills and you have desire to learn, you will get abundance of opportunities to grow and learn within the company itself. I have never had such a homely working experience with any other company across whole Africa. And i appreciate the company, the founders and management for their contribution to the economy and society.

Dislikes

Few negative peoples within the company, who keep criticizing everyone.

Bidco is making east Africa most loving brands end its over owner to be part of company Bidco will provides you good training for work scale end given to you opportunities to grow your career they are provides you good food travel accommodations end others benefits Company have good working environment end ideas to growing company there is no politics every thing in transference end they have social massage to balance your work and you social life

During the contract period company was closed end send back to home I aspected to transfer to others country to save over job
