I dislike in this company about the promotions and the increment in my salary. As per the level of mine, i.e , the Territory Manager, I do not get my appropriate salary which I thinks of. So, I wish if I could get a salary increment in this company, it would be better for me.

Genuine in payments of salary on time every time.

Dislikes

Limited or no growth opportunities, zero learning and development activities, even internal movements are scarce affecting hikes and promotion. Stagnation would be the right word.
