...OF YOUR STAFF, RUFF TALK WITH ABUSE LANGUAGE. EVERY AUDIT YOU WILL GET SHORTAGE.THAT WILL DEDUCT FROM YOUR SALARY, DO NOT TRUST ESPECIALLY ON HR. FOR WEEK OFF YOU HAVE TO STRONG EXPERIENCE IN EXCUSE THEN YOU CAN TAKE. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU LEAVES BUT NEVER GET THOSE LEAVES. YOU WILL FOUND VERY FEW PEOPLE ARE OLDER AT BIBA .IF YOU SURVIVE IN BIBA YOU CAN SURVIVE EVERYWHERE. MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE WAS WORST HORRIBLE & VERY VERY BAD.

Work environment was god. Our manager was supportive and friendly. During lockdown I got 50% of salary for several months while just sitting at home. But after unlock company told me to give resignation as company wanted reduce some man power. That was very pathetic experience for me.

There's no such exact reason that dislike about working at Biba. But after lockdown I lost my job and it was very pathetic condition for me.

They not giving salary properly during pandemic, even they reducing annual CTC from July onwards by 20% to 25%. BIBA one worst company in the country. I suggest every one to open a tea stall for their own but not join in Biba. Even they are deducting our Sl and PL en lockdown to give the salary of 8 to 10 days.

It was okay and avrage sports of team .

Company is decent but when shorteges will come it was directly diduct from salary.there was lot of prasore about sales from there manager. They have a good incentive structure but target was given by managment team ut was not achivable.etc.
