Growth requires a lot of additional effort. This takes a toll on the personal life sometimes.

There is a growth plan chalked out for each employee working at BI. It then depends on the individuals capacity to take it or leave it. The management constantly focuses on growth of every individual. If you are a carrier orieni person looking for a drastic growth in your career then this is the place for you

The work life balance is very bad. That's the only thing that needs to be improved significantly.

Good cluture of company, Teammates & manager are very supportive, work life balance is poor. Career growth & Appraisals depends on your performance.

Salary is dependent on your experience not on your performance, too much of work pressure I have to work more than 12 hrs in a day.

The atmosphere and workplace is good enough and being comfort zone for to work peacefully. The coworkers are not just being a great colleagues, They treat as a better friend. Colleagues are the one who help me in the censorious situation and understand the needs and more supportful. Quick response from HR side, If anything needed and Interview process looks very interesting while compare to others. Until now it was a very good experience had in this company. Thanks.... Cab facilities needed, Some inconvenient facing to reach office. As a fresher, until now for me, I didn't faced any problem from management side. In future, if it happens, Definetly I'll let you know.
