The only thing I liked about this company that you get good knowledge and experience of politics here.

Dislikes

Management: Dictatorship overpowered the management and killed it. Salary: salary is never fixed here, you won’t get to know about your deductions. Appointment/joining letter: well!! What are we talking about!! You will never get these documents here. Leave policy: no leave policy here. Work 30 days a month or get ready for deductions. Job satisfaction: nill Job security: terminations are given here on WhatsApp group with humiliation. Working environment: Your confidence will suffocate here. Grievance reporting: Do not dare to report something, else your job will be in grave. Working profile: not fixed. Every next month you will get new job profile To work on, so it’s never fixed here. So, if you are planning to shift for this company, please don’t. It’s better to stay at home jobless and do some research rather than wasting your talent here in this company which has no management.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
