...ompany. Company culture is lala culture. Talant is more important than relation. Here only relatives of owner working on top position and they don't let you grow in any type salary or position. So work only here if you don't have any option. Don't work more time here find option and move from here

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new

Bad experience, not paid 50%balance salary of 5 months from March 2020 to August 2020 to all the Engineers till date and removed with immediate effect. It is almost 6 months over but not paid balanced salary ater repeated following sms & mails.

BHUTANI's hiring process is very worst. Very unprofessional and irresponsible management and HR team. Despite clearing all rounds including assignment, when it comes to a CTC discussion, the HR informed me that they don't have a budget to hire me, while I was very clear about the CTC expectation from the first conversation and HR was okay with that. This excuse provided by the HR at the final stage was really unacceptable and reflects poor hiring process and lack of commitment. Never recommend this company to work with.

Criteria for joined the company as follows Greedy, no loyalty, always put your self ahead of company & most important you should be the biggest Liar who always thought of cheating the customers, so if you have the above said qualities you are the eligible candidate for Bhutani Infra.
