The company has adopted latest technology. No work load you are free to do as your own. My team is very good in there work.work life balance is good.

Your growth is depend in your flattery ability. Compensation not so attractive. appraisal is a joke, it started in April but came in your hand in October, November even some time in December. very high level politics. No buddy appreciate your innovation but always re-labeling. There was no internal transfer policy so you can't be versatile.

The work culture is worst, and salary which never increases. Polluted atmosphere, no safety parameters at all. If you die inside BPSL, then your family will never get your dead body even. Only those who don't have any choices left, they only keep on working in BPSL. Avoid this company always.

Growth is good but work pressure sometimes very high and compensation not good enough according to the work pressure.

Too bad rule for employees.. if people feelings sleeping at night or day time people lost this one month salary .but if they work at night time they not get night allowance.
