1) No management 2) No process of doing anything it's like one man company 3) No growth opportunity in terms of salary and learning 4) No benefits 5) Company people mindset are old and there is lots of politics 6) They don't know what they are doing they are just gathering the crowd of freshers. Rather than hiring a experienced person they are saving money 7) Top level management don't know how to build a good software so they are just wasting their time doing stupid things. If you're experienced guy I would suggest you to not join this company at all.

Poor work-life balance making it challenging to maintain a healthy routine. Unsatisfactory salary and lack of clear promotion opportunities. Minimal opportunities for skill development and career growth. Low job security creating a stressful work environment. Lack of supportive and positive company culture. Bhumi Itech Pvt. Ltd. needs significant improvements across various aspects to provide a better working environment and employee satisfaction.

Company is has very good work culture and management is very polite and supportive, lots of opportunity for disciplined and hard working employees. Timely appraisal, EPF and health benefits are added advantage.
