My self from jammu ,and I came across many more companies but bughan is the phenomenal one and the staff is quiet supportive and friendly ,I admire the whole staff and I m felling short of words to admire senior staff here who never let me to fall ,company is providing bonus aswell ,and the work culture here is quiet tremendous ,

Doing jobs in Bhugan make your life time table worst and The culture of company is good but you learn nothing.The upper management never give focus on you while the buttered man gets everything

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
