I feel more at home, more comfortable more in control and more supported then I ever have before. this employer genuinely care for our growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about more then 8 years, I have not hared any grumbling about management or company or even co-workers. *most Important is 4 domestic trip & 1 international trip, and all requirement materials for the staff Exap: official phone for everyone, Rain court, back bag, umbrellas, every Saturday food after 2nd half indoor game and leave by 4 o'clock.*

No job security,huge politics, salary appraisal they will decide what they think in last minute your last one year performance not at all consider,work environment very poor, last minute pressure will come.

This Builder as very worst company, not on time delivery, huge fall's commitment, large hidden cost, he will using (all materials) china make only, If you buying any property peace of mind no guarantee.... All employees use and throw, huge politics in the company... Totally wast of money and your peace.....
