No pressure and no target compare with other jewellery, Posting in our hometown,can go outside at the break time,food provided exclude breakfast,sales staffs are very supportive and friendly.

Didnt get good remuneration,at the time of interview HR hide the salary structure especially incentive slab from the candidates,Cant sit inside the counter when compare to other jewellery,even lady staff also stands continuously for more than 10 hours.

My teammates are outstanding, and the salary is good when comparing to other jobs I have done, but according to the time we work, the salary is not that much

Company is only looking for profit without any expense, treat the staff like their servants, if u rich, or belongs to their cast they consider u as human, other wise u r just a thing that work according to their wish

After covid 19 lockdown time Without reason company was removes us and don't attend the future walk in interview . Really I don't know the company intention. Really I am disappointed. Don't trust in critical condition for the company.very sad. Not safe.

It's reputed jewelry industry in South India, investing huge amount of money by the proprietor, to develop the sales skills of an employees as well as employer. Each and every employee are very cunning, management is very much poor, management is doesn't bother about the workers. I hope Director doesn't aware of these management activities happening in their own constructed and developed complany
