...ctice to wear uniforms at office. Can't accumulate or carry forward your leaves. 9 working hours, no gratuity and extremely low basic salary so as to reduce PF payments etc..

No training, no work life balance, no career growth, poor salary increment only 7% increment from current salary, bad employee friendly culture.

Dislikes

Overtime working (minimum 10 hours work/day) no benefits, no promotion facility,no holidays (363 days working), no holiday allowance, no sufficient staff for working.

Management not worthy Favorism to particular employees Managers are Irresponsible Not Safe for Ladies Harrasment Happened by the Closest person to MD and He threatened after complaint you can't do anything if you try I'll spoil ur life and career like this. About this Managers just get information from me and simply ignore that

3 times veg food and accommodation is available at less rates. That's only positive i found

So much pressure on employees on gold tree scheme and salary and incentives are way less. Also working time is more

Good in culture. No pressure. Food is provided to employees. Salary on time Management is very good

Dislikes

Incentives are less compared to market. Team politics specially in Hyderabad there is a team who spoils the culture.
