*Salary on time *good environment to work *some senior are fantastic *double salary on festive days *Free food and accommodation *Free dress *tea and coffee available anytime *yearly bonus *free trip once a year

*Long hours of work (almost 12hours a day) *Slow career growth *horrible working hours (13-14hours)during festive days *Salary is quite average for such long hours of work *no overtime payments *no proper training are provided for new joinee
