No work life balance and work culture is very bad. On job training not given. There is lot of politics in each department. No benefits provided even someone injured during working.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but carrier growth is slow there is abond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. One the jon training is not given to new joiness

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the fact that skill development of employee is good enough in this organization.

...ork pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more than my working hours. Increment in salary is not good enough.
