Environment is good for working culture and teammates are supportive in nature. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.

the another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happy in collaboration .. i also like the employee re-hire policy here ... i get to travel abroad especially to the use ans .. but on site travel is company dependent on your client ..........bhliosa is a great company in silvassa ...

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high sometimes , i have to work 10-12 hours straight in day as i have to attend client cails in the evening and sometimes last into the take managers do not value an unique strengths which is why , i have to take back my suggestion most of time ,, i do receive appreciation emails from client , but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year ,, also there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes

I like the way of working for production as well as other work. & I have given training at Karl Mayer academy in surat & this is most important for me.

Salary/appraisel was very poor and no any accommodation from Bhilosa.

...,When Iso recommend then organized Training schedule,No job security, No career. Growth,Less salary and below than 10% appraisal, 25% travel , Highly effect for politics learning materials available, good environment , No any type innovation, work life as it is balance and wants try to excuting our job when ever any suitable openings available soon as possible.

No work life balance and work culture is very bad. On job training not given. There is lot of politics in each department. No benefits provided even someone injured during working.
