I loved this company for they are handled purely Mechanical based work ( Battery Project). Also loved for its infrastructure at Bhilai.

Dislikes

...a office setup is very small & always tend to shift people head office (Bhilai). The salary structure is not well, increments are not given every year. One more thing there are duty hrs 6 days a week.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Very good management, good support for career growth, no delay in salary and benefits and over all good atmosphere.

Provide staff air tickets to their own hometown. Now provide company ticket to mumbai.

1.Seniors and Managers are not supportive, 2.You feel like you stuck in the terrible environment 3.Here your effort no one cares, who do tel lagana will only got promotion and benefits 4 They won't distribute Duty Roaster properly,I am tired of doing night second and again night and again second. 5. Only Good shining Name from Outside BEC but when you enter here they feel why you came

nothing to like in fertilizer division

too much pressure in junior level , each jr level employee have atleast 4 bosses to report, there is no work culture, company's ERP changes frequently throught one financial year, they change as per there comfort level they dnt even bother for there employees , too much politics in fertilizer division low salary and too much work burden, management is deaf and dumb towards employees problem, worst company, only the bosses enjoy all the perks and benefits employees are just to work for 7 days in a week. too much politics is thr
