...r Equipment in the MUs Two:Erection commission of the equipment at project site. Salary structure is good. Job Security is Maximum. Learning opportunity is average. The life at MUs are very good.

Dislikes

The life at site is very very challenging. To get a transfer to MUs is very difficult. Overall the management operates like its 1970.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

The working atmosphere was very good and people who also work there were friendly with everyone and they also guide us in a good manner.

Dislikes

There was less salary but learning things was good and interesting so there's nothing like disliking about it.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
