...ty is there however nowadays pressure is being passed on to junior executives. Salary are good need revision. Work environment is so so however mates are good. Innovation is out of coverage as work is montonous type.

No personal growth. I thought government run companies do value for work but work motivation is zero at site. All deputy manager and above post are useless. They are just earning money. No one wants to lead they are working to safeguard their jobs. No one is bothered about progress or quality. Management is worst. This is the reason why such PSU's are not generating revenue.

Work Life balance - good, Compensation-very good, Medical facilities- Excellent, Training and learning-Very good. over all excellent for new persons.

Lack of adherence to values of company. No fair policy for promotions and transfers.

...while - Moody International India Ltd) of 2 years contract. It's a nice company.Timely salary credited and good senior management behaviour of kolkata industrial division.
